Voir tous les avisGreat instructor and class, very solid workout! Gym was spacious and bright, good neighborhood spot. Only note would be that the class is held in a giant open room with a sparring/boxing class 30 feet away, in case that’s something that might bother you.

Voir tous les avisAmazing experience. Teachers were great and you must meet mama savage. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Jiu jitsu was tough as a beginner but everyone was very welcoming. Also watched some of the boxing class and I definitely want to go back for a whole class.
