Voir tous les avisCourtney is such a great instructor! She is so helpful explaining Pilates to beginners. I’ve been to other studios and felt really intimidated but Pure Pilates is all Good Vibes. I have a shoulder injury and she helps modify certain exercises so I’m not hurting myself. I would consider getting a membership at Pure Pilates if I was in town more often. This location has the best instructors!!
