Voir tous les avisThe class was very interpersonal. I loved the decor and the classroom. At the end of the class my instructor Christine played these beautiful crystal bowls and gongs. It was relaxing as much as it was healing. Definitely something to check out and take a lesson on when you need a break from your busy life.
