    Jenn was a great instructor. It was impressive how she was able to keep an eye on the participants who were at home and in the studio. This was my first time in a barre studio and I had no idea what to expect. The workout was high energy and really fun. And I asked one of the attendees about the clas and she was super friendly and supportive.

    I am definitely coming back! The teacher was so kind and genuinely wanted everyone to crush the workout. She corrected us and was positive with everything she did! Wow what a fantastic experience! Also the workout was wonderful!

    Kelsey was such a great instructor. She not only got us going immediately for the 6am class but she also remembered participants by name, which I thought was really wonderful positive reinforcement. She was clear in her instructions and helped me with my form on one of the harder exercises. I have heard how Barre is a fantastic workout and I agree.

    I enjoyed the class. It wasn't mainstream barre, but it was quite the workout. The class had mixture of yoga and stretching! Definitely a great experience. The class ended with sage and some sound bath and it was a lovely way to start a Sunday. (This was my first class at this studio and I'm curious to explore others).
