From the Studios, I have attended, these sessions offer more of a baseline and I think it’s more up to you to adjust the spring set so that it becomes even more challenging for your level. I love that it’s very rehab friendly!!

Kara was very sweet and welcoming. I appreciated how she was clear and thorough with her instructions and even gave demonstrations herself on the reformer. She suggested me multiple modification options and didn’t give up on me if I found any exercise hard. I would say the class is not for beginners though

The pace was well-balanced and the workout was definitely challenging in a good way. The music also added to the overall energy. I’d take her class again.
