Voir tous les avisThis class/instructor is VERY challenging but it is so so good. It’s very fast paced and difficult so I definitely wouldn’t recommend Laura’s power class for a beginner. I feel like her power class is the only Y6 class where I actually get a really good workout. Very little stretching, maximum amount of active yoga time, and it’s hot. Exactly what I’m looking for :)

Voir tous les avisAlways love the classes at 423 Yoga! The studio is well appointed with all the amenities and yoga tools like blocks, straps, towels and mat rentals if needed. This is my second class with Lori and I love her prompts into the different poses. In the last class we worked on Bird of Paradise and I appreciate the way she presented two different approaches to bird of paradise. For me that is very helpful since I am not that flexible. Blocks and straps are my best friends in yoga 😃. Namaste 🙏🏽 🧘🏻♀️
