    The studio is located in a spa, and it was easy to find. I liked the instructor! Other reviewers said they felt this class was mostly stretching, but I found this to be challenging — tons of ab work, plus some leg work and weighted arm work. Her classes empowered me through the end of nursing school and I couldn’t be more thankful. She always mentions how important it is that we appreciate our bodies and the fact that we can move them!     The entrance was a bit tucked away but the gym was clean and had a lot of equipment. Yves was a great trainer, he asked about my training background, asked if I had any existing injuries, gave me personal feedback on my form, and spotted me on some exercises.
