Opted for this lower-impact class for its reasonable credit cost and found the full-body toning experience enjoyable. Karen's personalized attention and insights into muscle groups were valuable. Ideal for a laid-back and social Pilates session, though not the most intense for hardcore enthusiasts. The diverse age range and Karen's modifications made it inclusive.
