Voir tous les avisNathan has so much energy! He also was able to explain the exercises really well even though it is so fast paced! He threw in a lot of funny little anecdotes and comments to distract us as well. He did a good job explaining the muscles to be worked, modifications, and how to adjust the springs based on what our desired outcome was - whether heavier provides more stability for example. He is the best instructor so far out of the four classes I have taken. Highly recommended even for beginners!

Voir tous les avisI enjoyed this class. It was self-paced and trauma-informed. The instructor H gave supportive cues for adjustments and honoring our bodies/individual practice. Felt challenged but secure as a newbie to the space. I do practice yoga at home but haven't used a studio space in quite some time. (and I'm not a super bendy expert either)! felt beginner-ish friendly as H explained and described some of the positions in the flow for those who might not have felt familiar with the language.
