Vinyasa
Voir tous les avisThe instructor and class were wonderful!! We did a nice vinyasa flow (downward dog, high plank, cobra, and back) followed by some nice flow of movements from warrior 1/2, to lizard, to child’s pose. The instructor was so kind and warm and offered a safe space for us to practice as much or as little as we wanted- just whatever felt best! As yoga should be! I loved it and definitely plan to be back!!

Voir tous les avisI loved the class with Amber! She’s very patient and has amazing energy! She demonstrates the yoga poses, which makes it easier to follow along and understand how to do them, even as a beginner. It was a great experience, and I’m excited to go back!

Voir tous les avisThe place was big and it was pretty easy to get there and into the class. The class was fun but the instructor was 50/50. He knew what he was talking about but wouldn’t come over to offer more insight. Just a “you can do it don’t be scared” isn’t always enough, a little more hands on for this class would’ve been nice. Overall though the class did was it was supposed to and was fun and different !
