I really appreciated that she made a lot of use of the reformer machines, and with very innovative exercises which literally used all parts of the reformer (not only the bed and straps). Some of the movements were tricky (e.g. catching ourselves with our foot landing on the foot bar, as the bed slides back), but it just took some strategy to get the technique! Worth the trial and error, because the exercises were so much more fun than the standard ones!

Voir tous les avisWay too much changing from one thing to another rather than the usual flow and progression of other reformer classes which allows you to warm up, have correct technique and then build through a sequence. Very strange having the screens as it was hard to see correct set up and not a personal vibe. Beds were very clunky and not easy to use like regular machines with the hooks instead of rings. Have tried out many reformer classes with my trail and this was definitely not my favourite. Might work for some but just not for me.

Voir tous les avisI can’t recommend this class enough. The teacher comes up with easy but really effective classes, which you’ll come out feeling like jelly fish and a clear head. She’s also very good at explaining how to do each pose and will assist you whenever you need.
