Voir tous les avisBeautiful space. Quiet, clean and calming. I enjoyed the class a lot. Alignment and posture were the highlight in the class. The poses initially looked easy, but Maniam emphasized on where to focus on and then, the pose just felt different (in a good way), you become aware of the “should-be” activated muscles instead of just doing.

Voir tous les avisGreat Stretch class! Not the best location since it is not very near to the mrt station. However studio is very nice and calming. The ceiling is very high and overall space is spacious.
