Voir tous les avisI have been taking classes here for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed the experience. The workouts are well thought out and challenging. The instructors and members are friendly, encouraging, and do a great job explaining each exercise and providing constructive feedback on form. I have had a few classes with Taylor now, and she does an excellent job leading the sessions. Highly recommend trying out these sessions.
