He’s attentive and encouraging especially at the end when we lose motivation! He checks form but if you want more specific help you have to advocate for yourself. Great class every time!

see all reviewsThis was my first class at P2O and wow, it was intense in the best way! I’ve done plenty of hot yoga classes, but this was my first time trying hot pilates, and it definitely challenged me (in a good way). I had to take a few quick rests, but I wasn’t the only one, and the energy in the room was super encouraging. The only thing I’d suggest is possibly limiting class size just a bit, our mats were really close together, and with all the movement (and the heat!), things got a little tight. I noticed the floor around our mats got pretty slick, which made me a bit more aware of how close we all were. Totally understand that the demand is high though, and it’s great to see so many people showing up! All in all, amazing workout and I’ll definitely be back!

see all reviewsSarah was a high energy, fun instructor. The music was great and the others members were so welcoming! This is located inside the gym where you go to the back and there’s a room for group classes. I’ll be back to experience more of this spin class. It’s more of a total body workout with more movement of the arms and I didn’t need special shoes. Bring your own towel if needed! Plenty of parking.

Take note, I have done zero boxing my whole entire life so this was a great course for beginners. It always comes down to the basics, but eventually, we got some fun in by punching some bags and honestly, my stamina is super low. If you need to woosa and get out your anger, this is a great class to get into realm of boxing.

I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!

This was my first CrossFit experience and it was definitely challenging but the people + coach Michelle were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Each exercise was explained beforehand and modifications provided based on each person’s ability. I’m gonna be back cause I liked the welcoming community and the challenge of the workout!
