Voir tous les avisThe studio was warm and inviting. They have equipment such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, etc. to use during class. The class was fast paced and I appreciated that the instructor invited us to listen to our bodies. I will definitely return to try other classes.

Voir tous les avisThis class actually starts at 5:30pm instead of 5:15pm and was taught by Josh instead of Alex. Josh was great! I’m super new to CrossFit and lifting and he was so incredibly patient with me and offered many modifications / demo’ed to me repeatedly how to have proper form. The atmosphere was very welcoming and definitely makes me want to come back again!
