The gym staff was super friendly and guided me to where I had to be, when in the class there’s a small room connected to the studio that has an area to store shoes, coats, and check in for class pass. The class itself was great very low impact which was nice since I was feeling meh that morning. The instructor was great and very helpful. I would definitely take more classes here hopefully they offer more of the yoga/sculpt/pilates style classes.

The facility has great energy and spacious. Loved that they didn't miss details in the ladies bathroom with inspirational quotes and cool deco.
