Voir tous les avisVery thoughtfully planned flow, I loved Ellison’s energy and how she had us holding poses for a longer duration of time instead of doing a fast paced cardio vinyasa, with still feeling that I got a good endurance and strength workout in. The temperature was perfect In not feeling to overwhelmed and light headed, but I definitely felt the added challenge from the heat!

I enjoyed getting to try some new forms, and styles plus helpful adjustments as well. I got a great sweat, vibing with the tunes, and also a quality relaxation. Lots of amenities to help you feel comfortable from showers, bottle filler, drink bar, and lockers. Such a great place for your hot yoga session!

Voir tous les avisI've been practicing yoga for 30 years - and yet this class was very different from any class I've ever taken before. We didn't do a whole lot in the way of traditional yoga asanas, but I loved how the teacher based the practice on the upcoming Lunar New Year and how this relates to transitions and energy in the body. This really resonated with where I'm at, and transitions in my own life right now. Also, this business is super cool and I can't wait to come back and try the bathhouse!
