Voir tous les avisSmall classes and the instructor/owner was great! I had some experience but it's been a while and he focused on my form and ensuring I felt comfortable. Definitely a tough class, you will get your workout and more, but a lot of fun and the members are so welcoming. Would recommend to all levels, including beginners and experience boxers!
