Voir tous les avisFirst time ever taking a pilates class. Adrian guided every movement and wasn't afraid to make it "spicy" if he noticed that a movement was too easy. He made accommodations for any kind of voiced disability. The woman next to me explained wrist weakness, so he purposely adjust her springs. I voiced having hypermobility so he made to adjust my arms when I was flexing out. Carla was at the front desk. She checked me super easily and made sure to mention to the instructor who's first time it was so he would explain the "terms" beforehand. She talked to me afterwards about membership but didn't push or pressure. Just made sure to explain the breakdown of it if I was interested. Definitely recommend. (The p-terry's in the parking lot Definitely called to me lol)
