The flow was great and I really loved the little balance game she did towards the end. The eucalyptus towel fanning and the candles are such a wonderful bonus. Overall, class was challenging, light-hearted, and invigorating!

Voir tous les avisMar was great! Super good energy and very encouraging. My only complaint (and this wasn’t her fault) was that the class was overbooked so we all had to move closer together to make room. The room is already tight and adding more people just makes it even worse.

Voir tous les avisThis was a good workout but not a pilates class, much more of a yoga sculpt with a heavy dose of spiritual narrative from the instructor . Did not have flow/ rhythm and felt disjointed at times. Studio is cute and space was well heated with nice equipment.

Voir tous les avisI’ve taken (vinyasa) hot yoga classes before at other studios but this was my first time taking bikram! I enjoyed it a lot. It was super challenging— mentally and physically. I would definitely do this again and recommend everyone to try! The 90 minutes may seem long but it goes by fairly quickly.
