This time the words that were on the playlist were distracting,and I couldn't hear what she was saying I prefer no words, but that's just me. I love her flows and I love how she starts the class off to help us get focused on decompressing.

She also checked in at the beginning to ask if I had injuries or limitations, and I told her I’m hypermobile. She watched out for me the whole time and would offer adjustments, which is pretty rare elsewhere in my experience. Very much appreciated and will be back!

The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well.
