She started off slow intentionally slow so by the climax we could get into postures that were so challenging. This was one of my favorite classes ever. I highly highly recommend Kelley!

Voir tous les avisMy first time at the studio was so welcoming and enjoyable, Arielle was lovely and the difficulty level and temperature were perfect for me. One change that would have made it perfect is the music volume being a bit less… From the time we started abs through the end of the class, the volume and tempo felt a bit jarring and made it a bit hard for me to drop into an undistracted state. That said, I also tend to be more sensitive to noise than most people. I would definitely book again.

Even though I moved further away from him before the class started, my throat started itching so bad I had to leave. Wish there was a way to somehow implement a no perfume/cologne policy.

Voir tous les avisCariassa’s class was one of my favorite classes I’ve taken in a very long time! I used to be a regular at pilates republic, but have recently been taking classes at other studios. Today was my first time back at Pilates Republic in a while, and Carissa reminded me of why I fell in love with this studio in the first place! Carissa explained everything perfectly and always made sure to emphasize how we should be breathing with the exercises which I love. She radiates so much positive energy, and I look forward to taking classes with her more often:)

Voir tous les avisThis gym is great, they have pretty much any equipment you can ask for, full locker rooms with showers and towels provided, and an infrared sauna. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Voir tous les avisExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

I really enjoyed the flow of class, i felt very prepared for the peak pose and challenged in a different way that other flows at studios in the area. I was unsure from the description, but this is not a heated studio.

I will say Indie as a whole has a few things that happen consistently which have contributed to me frequenting the studio less often. 1) lack of timeliness - they let people trickle in late which leads to class starting and ending late. 2) less common of an occurrence but the front desk people sometime vacuum, chat, etc during savasana which would be fine any other time of class while music is pumping but is disrupting during your final rest posture.

I was so concerned that they were going to lock the door early like some of the other studios, but Tracy was welcoming, calm and lead a beautiful and strenuous class. I’m absolutely coming back!

Voir tous les avisReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

There was so much variety of movement and I felt like every part of my body got a good workout, unlike other classes I’ve taken where the focus is very heavily on lower body. Samara was upbeat, friendly, and even remembered everyone’s names to commend us individually throughout class. This was my first class at this studio but I will definitely be coming back for Samara’s classes!!

Voir tous les avisNicole (the instructor and owner) was very welcoming, took the time to talk to people individually as they came in, and had a great mentality for class - that she was just happy we were here regardless of what everyone was doing. It’s nice to have a teacher with a positive and inclusive attitude instead of one who’s barking orders at the class - she also had great clear cues for every movement! The studio itself was super clean and spacious, plus there’s an ocean view when you walk out into the shopping center. Only downside was that parking was only free for an hour in the garage, so unless you are late or leave early you do have to pay but that’s not the studios fault.

I love this studio & have tried different classes/instructors but today’s class makes the top 5 favorite spin classes list for the year 2024. Her cueing and hands-on assists ensured proper form without forgetting breath to movement. Advanced poses were called throughout class but there was clear guidance to find only your own edge without judgement. Bre is a gifted and supportive teacher - also her playlists are 🔥. Hope to practice with her again soon.

Karina spoke about the chakras and said empowering mantras throughout class. She did a perfect job at pushing and motivating the class throughout all the poses. It was 102 so definitely expect to get your sweat on. Thoroughly impressed with this class and I will be back!
