Voir tous les avisThis was my first ever boxing class. Class was about 10-12 people with mixed experience. Once we started doing boxing exercises (after warming up), the instructor pulled the newbies and showed us the basics (jab, cross, hook) and stances which was nice so we could at least get a foundation. Definitely a good start and will definitely continue showing up.

Was interesting to learn a new culture of being in a space, the basic movements and have an hour of focus.
