Voir tous les avisDaisy has great energy. Cueing is tough for a beginner but most of the class was very experienced and the wall of mirrors made it easy to follow along. I recommend you have some yoga experience before taking a 60 min version because the poses go quickly. The room gets very hot so be prepared with a mat towel. I recommend this studio if bikram is your style!

Voir tous les avisSunday classes are no-gi. We started with bjj warm up exercises. The class had a good mix of men and women. We then were taught a few techniques. The professor was great and explained the technique and the reason. Next we partnered up and practiced it. Good class for beginners. Nice space and plenty of parking nearby.
