Voir tous les avisThis class was wonderfully relaxing, invigorating, and challenging all at the same time. I am not a big fan of hot yoga that is so popular these days, but during this class it felt so wonderful to have the sun shining on me through the window with a natural breeze of fresh air coming in. Prashant, the instructor was clear and compassionate with his guidance and I also loved a story, music and chanting.
