Some of the others’ strength or sweat classes felt more like a HITT workout class that hardly used the machine—mostly weights and random cardio like jumping jacks.

It was my first time ever at a spin class and Jess was very kind and patient when helping me set up with the bike and shoes. My quads were on fire and I was drenched in sweat after 30 min. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and supportive. I will definitely be back for more cycling and would love to try out boxing and pilates here too!

Voir tous les avisCoach Steez was so much fun. We had a warm up, bridge set, plank set & cardio set. Before each AMRAP style set, coach demonstrated each move before we started. The music was great and we ended with stretching too. There is a parking lot with plenty of spaces too. Everyone was really friendly too. We’ll be back!

Voir tous les avisThat was an amazing Barre class, I'm sore in places I didn't know existed! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and fun. The 45-minute class was the perfect amount of time for an early afternoon class. I love that ended exactly at 11:45 so we could all get to our next commitment on time. I will absolutely be back for more!
