Voir tous les avisIt was first time taking Heather’s 6 am class (I normally go to Tuesday afternoon classes) and she was great. I enjoyed her cues, which were very straightforward to understand. Definitely walked away from class a little taller and legs feeling like Bambi lol.

Voir tous les avisOne of my favorite classes I’ve been too!!! Teacher seems like she’s been teacher for a long time. She was very articulate in her instructions and told us exactly what we should be focusing on. It was small and intimate and she really gave me a good burn.
