Voir tous les avisThis was my first time experiencing a Barre class. I haven't exercised in a while so some of the moves were challenging, but I was able to go at my own pace. This class got my heart pumping and my buns burning! 😄 Amy was very helpful and supportive. I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and tried something new! I'll definitely book again!

Voir tous les avisLiked the class! But it would be better if NM updated their class schedule in advance when there’s an instructor change. This was listed originally as Matt’s class, up until the class actually started. Audrey was great, but it’d be good to know when there’s an instructor change in advance because their styles are very different from each other, plus Audrey’s classes consistently run late, and I plan for that when I know she’s the instructor.
