I was nervous using credits for a spa, but this location was super clean and organized. They also carry the same products as Woodhouse day spas too, so nice/higher end than I expected. She went the extra mile to make sure the temperature in the room was comfortable enough before I came in. Once inside she was clear on the procedure and what to expect. As far as the actual treatment I wouldn’t say that isn’t painful. However the pressure can be adjusted to your level of comfort, making the experience more pleasant. Overall from start to finish I think the experience was effective. I did notice a very slight difference. After two more sessions I was told I’d see more long lasting results. I’m looking forward to it.
