Voir tous les avisCan’t recommend this place enough! It was my first time using the reformer, and I just moved to Atlanta, but I felt so comfortable here. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming. Emily was especially amazing! She introduced herself to me, and continually checked in on me throughout the class without making me feel singled out. It was truly such a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be going back!!

The ambiance, the attentiveness and the pace left me feeling more relaxed than I have felt in a long time. The release my spine felt almost made me want to cry. Thanks again!

So as a first-timer I had to learn on the spot by just following along the best I could. But if you pick things up quickly, this is the class for you!

Voir tous les avisMy second time coming to this class, love the class and love the instructor! It gives more of a mat Pilates class than yoga- I would say it’s a good mix of both, but you are doing lunges squats etc with 3 and 5 pound weights. Will becoming to the class again!
