I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.

I was looking for one of their slower paced and stretch focused classes which is exactly what I got, plus new muscle groups I’ve never had targeted before at other studios! Voir tous les avisMy second time coming to this class, love the class and love the instructor! It gives more of a mat Pilates class than yoga- I would say it’s a good mix of both, but you are doing lunges squats etc with 3 and 5 pound weights. Will becoming to the class again!

Voir tous les avisI had a sweaty blast. I wouldn’t recommend this one for beginners, but if you’re fairly familiar with the poses by name, you’ll get a good workout. Classes are very full but well organized so it works.
