Voir tous les avisOmg it was SO much fun. Sassy was an amazing teacher and SO patient considering I haven’t danced in a while and have never done pole. It was nice everyone in the class was a beginner so I didn’t feel left out. This class is good for everyone to take regardless of skill. Can’t wait to come back again.

She places so much emphasis on form which I loved because you know you’re getting the best out of your workout and yourself and not risking injury. Somewhat humbling because we get so used to the workouts we are used to already that sometimes going out of our comfort zone reminds us where there’s even more room for improvement. Looking forward to coming back here again!
