Voir tous les avisThis seemed like a pretty balanced class, no particular focus on abs/glutes (no more than normal in a pilates class). It’s a nice big studio, just a little hard to find as the entrance is from the back parking lot. Dane has a ton of energy and enthusiasm, singing along to pop songs, dancing and cracking jokes.
