    Love Tina! You get out of the class what you put in. People stop before the circuit ends and use light weights or have bad form. Don’t be one of those! My one dislike is that people wipe the equipment after use and then you are slippery or have bad grip for your round.

    Had a killer full body workout. I arrived 20 min early to check in, it was the first time taking the class. Got a chance to meet some of the staff, everyone was great, really down to earth. Alex was superb, motivational, personable, and helpful. He helped me correct my form when needed. We ran 1 minute circuits which I soon realized were usually 45 sec but accidentally signed up for the wrong day. To my advantage, it gave me a few more secs during the circuits to focus on form, so I'm not mad about it. Would return, great gym, great energy, felt challenged.

    I absolutely loved this class!! Going into it, I didn’t know what to expect bc I’m not a Pilates type of person but I was blown away with all the different moves that target different muscle groups that we don’t use in day to day or general HIIT workouts . Harrison is amazing and explains each move very well! His playlist was also 🔥❤️‍🔥.. deff recommend !!

    It was great beginner class. The space is intimate enough for the instructor to walk around and see if anyone needed help. She explained everything well. It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!
