The interaction with the staff and all around people was pretty awesome. I thought I was just going for a cold plunge and we went so deep in a conversation with Bruce about life and polarization, thank you brother. Big shout out to all the staff there. Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.
