The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. It's disappointing to book a class specifically with a particular trainer and then arrive to find someone else leading it without any prior notice. It was challenging in the best way. Even though some of the movements required really complex coordination and were difficult to pull off, Keris explained everything so clearly and took the time to make corrections whenever necessary. The music was incredible, the lighting was incredible, and the whole atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a super Pilates class and a genuinely great experience.

I really enjoyed my class with her and it felt like it was a private little class as I was the only person in the class she takes the time to demonstrate what she has to do, and then she also takes the time to observe me and assist/guide me throughout the workout I felt very relaxed comfortable and I really enjoyed my class with this coach 10 out of 10 would recommend
