I love their no latecomers policy, they communicate it super well and it means that class runs smoothly instead of being distracted by others coming in and getting set up, or the instructor having to be distracted by these people. Also the no phones in class is great, I hate when the person beside me is on whatsapp or insta, it kills the vibe and again is super distracting. The class itself is always well structured and means the crossovers between floor and treadmill is pretty seamless. I used to hate running and this class got me into it! Finally, my boyfriend and I go regularly and we’ve noticed that we’ve started to be allocated to spaces together without us having to ask; we really appreciate that touch. I am aware this reads like I was asked to write it but I genuinely wasn’t lol just really like this class and gym!

Although my morning class was canceled and I missed the notification, the team went above and beyond to make it up with a free standup paddleboard class, an ice bath session, and coffee at the restaurant – even better than planned and thanks so much! It was my first time paddleboarding, and I loved testing my balance on the water while enjoying the beautiful view. The ice bath was truly a unique experience – freezing at first, but I felt incredibly refreshed and energized afterward. The coach was super friendly and made it all the more enjoyable. A coffee at the end was the perfect finishing touch to the morning. I will definitely come back again😊
