Inspire needs to look at their policies regarding towels and mats though, it’s embarrassing to gatekeep a towel. Tania created an absolutely magic atmosphere with her drums, sound bowls, rain sticks and other instruments I don’t know how to name. I struggle with severe anxiety and for the first time in my life the anxiety in my mind went absolutely quiet! After the class I was able to sleep extremely well through the whole night.
