Voir tous les avisEveryone is always focusing on sweating more pushing harder, but this class was exactly what I needed. A challenging, deep stretch that brought me so much joy. Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. There’s no getting away with doing things halfway, and I genuinely appreciate that 🫶 You can tell she’s fully aware of what’s happening throughout the session. Highly recommend!🏆
