Since it was my first time at the studio, she took extra time to show me around and explain everything, which I really appreciated. During class, she was very straightforward, encouraging, and easy to follow. Even when some of the poses felt too advanced for me, she always offered several modifications and options so everyone could choose what worked best for their level. That made the experience feel inclusive and stress-free. Kristine created such a positive and supportive environment, and I would highly recommend anyone to book a session with her!

I came with my friend who had never tried Pilates before, and Chelsea took the time to break everything down in a way that made the class easy to follow and not intimidating at all. The workout was definitely challenging, but she kept us motivated with encouraging words throughout the entire session. Her energy and guidance made the experience enjoyable and rewarding. I would absolutely recommend her class to anyone interested in staying active and keeping their body healthy!
