The class was exactly what I needed, it introduced me to new poses & props, and the teacher provided quite a few hands-on adjustments / corrections that were great, she sang, and was a true professional through out with a welcoming vibe.

This class was a challenge and is mental as much as it is physical, I love the concept and I can’t wait to try it again. Don’t be discouraged if you’re like me and just didn’t get it perfectly the first time. I’m up for the challenge!

Voir tous les avisFor someone who has never taken a pole class before, I can confidently say I enjoyed every second. Would love if the instructor had a microphone in the future but I really appreciated how she walked around and made sure everyone was comfortable! Will be returning for sure.
