The sauna itself has everything from red light therapy to temperature adjustment and more! They also provide entertainment options like Netflix that you don’t even need to log into with your personal user/password! It was the most relaxing sweat!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the way the leg compression sleeves are cleaned with just water and essential oils, I would feel much more comfortable if the feet part was disinfected. Otherwise it was a really great experience! I would definitely come back.

Voir tous les avisThis place is a gem! The people are so friendly and it’s very inviting and comfortable. It also felt cozy and private compared to other places I’ve been. If you’re going to the float be sure to wear shoes you don’t mind getting salt on (I forgot) and bring your own lotion if you’re vegan or plant based because their option is a goat milk cream. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to be back!
