I’m newer to lifting so it’s great to have them as instructors. Classes are smaller and more personalized. Music is always good. They both play a fair about of hip/hop & rap which makes me happy! I immediately could feel the peaceful positive energy she was exuding. She was gentle and patient and helped us with every pose and form. She went above and beyond to help me learn how to relax and also loosen my jaw to relieve tension. Booked a cycling class on ClassPass while traveling and walked into a little pop up situation that felt very if you know you know. Low key speakeasy energy but make it fitness. Jojo the owner is a total vibe and an incredible instructor. The class was so good, music loud in the best way, and I was hyped to see Schwinn bikes. We had a mix of experience levels and she coached everyone seamlessly while still delivering a real sweat. Super affordable, super fun, and one of those experiences that feels like you stumbled onto something cool before everyone else does. Definitely my vibe and I’d absolutely come back to support.
