Very intense experience, quite entertaining. Numerous employees had noticeable body odor or breath. I don’t say this to be mean just an area that could improve. I think the employees in general were very out going and friendly. I will return, valuable experience.

Really good burn!! Class was fun, upbeat music, moody lighting and instructor always provided modifications. Parking was relatively easy in their lot (small lot so it is limited) and they provided a temporary pass to avoid ticket.

My favorite instructor so far! Still pretty new to cycling classes and Kalin is so good at going through the choreo and making it easy to follow and the playlists are always great!

Excellent class! Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

I really enjoyed the pace of the class, it was just what I needed to start my weekend. The room was quite chilly though, so I would recommend coming in layers. There was a fan or something that was on for the first portion of class and it was hard to hear, but Mikaela walked around while giving instructions then, which helped with the noise.

Awesome experience! Facility, equipment, staff, instructor, music and the push, all made for a very effective 45 minute. High intensity intervals, meanwhile low impact on my recovering foot. For days when I don’t have to be at work by 7, I’d definitely return!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Free shoes for your ride + apples/oranges. For 1st timers, they adjust your seat and take you through the process. There’s a leaderboard you can opt into or out of. They provide a towel for your ride + a cold towel for after. Showers and lockers too. They also sell energy drinks + protein snacks. Would recommend if you’re in SLU!

Amazing class! At first I was skeptical because it’s so short but oh my gosh Fry really works you out! It is a group of ppl in the class but fry would keep going around and making sure we are doing the exercises correctly and also pushing us a bit if it seemed a bit too easy which I appreciated a lot. Would love to take her class again! My arms are jelly now but in a good way :)
