My hair hadn’t been properly groomed for about 6 months and I had cut mic bangs in between that. Patience worked with me on the vision I was having a hard time describing—softness—. I needed to go softer and she helped me get there. I feel so much better with my hair now. Really like a weights been lifted. Thank you!
