I loved this class. It had such a great flow and it was great for all levels. Jodi was a great calming teacher and I loved her guidance of the class. I loved that it was a completely silent room once you go in. Great shower area and great location if you want a walk around green lake after. Overall peaceful but refreshing and awesome!

As someone who doesn't sweat easily, I was out of breath and dripping 5 mins into the class. Make sure to wear shorts and a tank, the heated room makes you work real hard! Burned over 400 calories by end of the class which is my personal best and I sweat buckets. So fun!!

katelyn was amazing! she did the entire workout or at least 85% of it with the class so as a first timer to the heated environment + refresher for mat pilates moves, this was perfect. super challenging workout as well but very rewarding that leaves you very sweaty and sore! :) definitely one of my favorite classes ive taken in general this summer!

Very nice and relaxing class to take at the end of a long week. It was my first time and Katie was very accommodating and I appreciated that there were always modifications that katie shared with each new move. The mats are pretty close to eachother but luckily I didn’t bump anyone so that was good 😂 I would come again!

I really feel the 26&2 class is functional yoga. This is the yoga practice more people need to build strength at end range which will then help going deeper in your typical vinyasa classes.

Loved how we flowed throughout the whole class while pausing to hold poses for an adequate amount of time. Katrina was lovely and incorporated muscle groups that we wanted to focus on. I will say the room was definitely way hotter than most hot yoga studios I’ve visited, wouldn’t stop me from going again but good to know especially during the summer months haha. And FYI, go earlier than you think - at least in the evening time, parking was difficult!
