There were some dudes with some real main character energy talking in the corner the whole time but she maintained control of the class and minimized distraction with confidence which I appreciated.

    Michael is one of the best instructors O have come across in general, not just Pilates. Now, with Pilates, specially beginners, it takes a very detailed approach to instructing while keeping precise, the ability to pay attention to form and keep students motivated because is one of the hardest workout you can do. And Michael manages to 5⭐️ all of this and still keep us smiling and even laughing through the work out to makes us laugh. I am getting back into a regular class routine and it has been hard but I am looking forward to Sundays to Michael’s Class because he doesn’t let me give up! And even when I literally can’t do another rep he still helps feel like I accomplished so much. He is also the best instructor to introduce Pilates reformer to BTW - My best friend is hooked now! ❤️

    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

    Meant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

    PHENOMENAL class by Alyssa. I loved her energy and how expertly she explained our moves in each sequence. She frequently referenced modifications and advancements which made the entire workout accessible for all levels. It was challenging and humbling - I feel the burn already!
