And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!

I love all the decor and variety of the sound instruments. Emily is very friendly. It’s my first sound bath class and I’d love to take the class again! Only thing (not Emily’s fault) is there’s a class next door and unfortunately, can hear everything so it made it hard to relax as I can hear the instructor next door over the sound baths. The class would’ve been perfect if the walls weren’t so thin!

My first infra red and it was verrry warm. I usually can't break a sweat.. but I did. Lovely mineral shower after with all the amenities. After they set me up in the device they put some headsets (with disposable covers) on my ears to listen to calm music and I was there for 60 minutes. The device has the perfect amount of pressure, and in the right places (feet, legs, belly/back and arms). Afterwards they offered tea and an orange (complimentary) in a quiet room where I spent some extra minutes winding down even more.

They provided everything, explained the process, and allowed your phone to be hooked up so you could listen to music (I could hear the electricity so i opted for music) It was a cool experience, but definitely be aware that the first half might be a bit uncomfortable until you settle into it. (I was the one that reviewed before about my reservation being forgotten) — seems to always be a different person but I like that they all have varying methods of massaging and will cater heavily to the areas you mark for pain/extra attention. I 100% always end up sore in those areas for the next few days tho from the amount of manual work they get! (I always go for deep tissue massage so i expect it)
