The studio itself is clean, cosy, and intimate in size, which I personally think creates a much better experience compared to larger classes. Because the class sizes are smaller, there’s more attention and guidance from the instructor throughout the session. I’ve attended Susan’s Core & Stretch, Gentle Flow, and Stretch classes, and she has been consistently wonderful. Her classes feel very thoughtfully planned and well balanced — combining deep stretches, core work, mindful movement, and ending with a deep sense of relaxation. I especially love Susan’s voice — it’s calm, soothing, and easy to follow, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Some poses can feel a little challenging at first, but Susan guides everyone patiently and clearly, helping you improve your form and feel more confident over time. I always leave class feeling lighter, more relaxed, and somehow more grounded. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a welcoming yoga space with quality instruction and a more personal class experience.
