Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

The strength class really delivered on its name — I was able to lift a good amount of weight while also learning how eccentric movements can be executed on the reformer, which is something you don’t get to do easily lifting in the gym. What I didn't like is that it says they have valet but the valet is actually closed, so I called the studio and they said to park anywhere out front. then security gave me a hard time and told me I couldnt park even though there was space for 10 cars and the hotel is empty.
